On Monday, May 16th, freakish wind conditions plagued the greater Boston area for much of the day... and a statue erected in my honor was one of the casualties!

One of my old sayings from Poor Richard's Almanack sums up this whole situation pretty well: "there are no gains without pains." And, to be honest, as you can see from the picture above, this was a real "pain in the neck!"
